VISION
KILIÇLAR group, which has been serving to the steel production sector of our country for approximately 45 years in the fields of metallic recycling and later on marketing of ribbed structural steel, has realized the liquid steel production, which is the most important link of the steel value production chain, by incorporating Bilecik Demir Çelik A. Ş. into the group with the vision of completing vertical integration in the workplace.
In this sense, BDÇ has become one of the few manufacturers in our country having an activity chain that covers the entire process from raw materials to final product marketing. Being a modern business with vertical integration, high metal and energy efficiency, customer and employee satisfaction and minimal environmental impact are the basic elements of our vision.
Recycling and minimum waste in all kinds of production, high process efficiency are the basis of sustainable industrial production. Bilecik Demir Çelik is the steel production facility with the highest metallic efficiency in our country, with an understanding that complies with the Metallic Recycling vision of the KILIÇLAR group with both its technological infrastructure and production process strategy. With an annual production of 400,000 tons of ribbed structural steel, BDÇ, as the only steel production center in Bilecik and the surrounding provinces, is a regional, scaled, highly productive, flexible and environmentally friendly new and different steel producer in our steel production sector.
MISSION
Our world is under a great threat in terms of sustainable living conditions, this threat is the main problem of our civilization and it is the basic mission of Bilecik Demir Çelik to fulfil the requirements of awareness on this issue at all stages of its production. The main elements of our mission are to create minimum waste, minimum consumption, high efficiency, livable healthy production conditions in all our process stages, and to fulfil our responsibilities towards our environment, stakeholders and society. It is the mission of Bilecik Demir Çelik, above all, to create healthy and sustainable conditions for the employees, to fulfil all legal obligations on high energy and metallic efficiency, minimum waste and carbon footprint, occupational safety, health and environmental regulations and to transform the metallic wastes into structural steel, which is one of the most basic elements of home, school, bridge, factory construction, with minimum environmental impact in the stages of technology selection, process design and process implementation.
